RHINESTONE ESTABLISHES PERMANENT LOCATION IN SOUTHEAST PORTLAND

Rhinestone, the popular pop-up food and drink concept with a cow-punk theme, is stoked to announce the opening of its first permanent home at 2100 SE Clinton St, Portland, OR 97202, on the corner of SE 21st and Clinton, opening soon! 

Rhinestone has hosted several pop-up evenings over the first half of 2025 and had an overwhelming turnout each time. The food concept is a take on “elevated southwest-fast-food” and the cocktails feature complex profiles but are prepared quickly. Rhinestone hopes to become a casual neighborhood place to gather and socialize in the Clinton neighborhood of South East Portland. 

Founded by industry veterans Graham Chaney and Trevor Thorpe, Rhinestone brings together decades of culinary and beverage expertise under one roof. Their vision: to deliver bold flavors and high quality through menus that remain approachable and fun for all. Drawing from their experience and backgrounds on everything from fine dining and molecular mixology to burgers and classic cocktails, Chaney and Thorpe are passionate about serving something for everyone — delicious offerings that celebrate both innovation and accessibility.
